So I have a giveaway for all you Cupcake lovers out there :) I know there are lots of you. All you party planning moms and foodies who love to bake and those of you who want to try your hand at some cool looking cupcakes :) yes really

I asked Beth from That's A Wrap how her cupcake wrappers and topppers came to be and she answered -

have been making cupcake wrappers and toppers for 4 months now. I have been paper crafting for over 15 years...... This spring, a friend of mine who is a baker suggested I make cupcake wrappers. Honestly, I had never even seen any handmade cupcake wrappers. I "researched" it and made some samples. I put those on my other etsy shop. They were a hit. So I opened up "That's A Wrap!" and the rest is history!!
