It's official choc-mint smoothie for the WIN! I think I'm addicted to these. And they're dairy-free, and refined sugar free. So they're healthy and delicious - what not to love?!
The flax helps the smoothie thicken and has fiber which is great for your digestive system. Plus the green veggies are great for vitamins and anti-oxidants. The avocado makes it silky smooth and you won't even taste it- PROMISE!
I love to have this in the morning for breakfast - its filling enough to keep me going till lunch plus it tastes like pudding...who doesn't want dessert for breakfast?
I may have even had it for supper and for a snack... not all on the same day, but you get the idea - anytime is great for this smoothie!

Let me know what you think

I love this. It's just packed with whole some ingredients, no chemicals or preservatives. I think people who want to stay healthy should eat organic and natural food rather than taking pills or processed food.
